Even though the Roland Boss Micro BR-80 is fine, even great, if all you want to do is turn it on and record something; anything, a band, a child singing, the mating chirp of a Yellow Bellied Sap Sucker - but the moment you try to make it do more you will begin a decent into a seventh realm of Edwardian hell from which there is no escape.
